Hubei University
Background
In 2012 HBU and º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ signed a Cooperation Agreement that was registered and approved by the Ministry of Education (MoE), China. The two parties agreed to share their respective educational resources and º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ agreed to assist Hubei to redevelop the curriculum, teaching methodology and course content in the field of International Studies. Students under the program could choose to complete a 4-year degree at HBU, or complete 2 years of Bachelor of International Studies (Global Studies) at º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ. Students who articulate to º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ will get a Bachelor from both institutions.
In 2015 a new Joint Cooperation Agreement was signed and approved by the MoE that extended to program to cover the renamed program, º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ Bachelor of Arts (Global Studies), and HBU Bachelor Program of International Affairs and International Relations.
