ADHD Management Group ON CAMPUS
º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ Medical and Counselling Centre are offering a FREE group for º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ students who have been diagnosed with ADHD, or who may think they have ADHD.
This group looks at understanding and developing strategies to manage concentration, attention, and time more effectively, plus the importance of routine and structure in our day-to-day lives.
Please note: This group will run weekly, alternating between on-campus and online sessions. Each week’s content will be delivered on campus one week and repeated online the following week. To avoid repetition, we recommend choosing either on-campus or online sessions and attending every second week.
This group is open to º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ students only.
º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ acknowledges the Ngunnawal people, traditional custodians of the lands where Bruce campus is situated.
