This was an assignment for my architecture class. I was required to conduct a comprehensive pre-sales evaluation and provide design recommendations for a room or set of rooms in a friend's house. My task was to assess the space's current state and create recommendations that enhance its appeal and functionality for potential buyers. I based my proposal on my best friend's house!
