Celebrate, Connect, Energise
Opened with a Welcome to Country by Uncle Warren Daley, the University’s first, campus-wide Research Festival included over 40 research related events across a week. Professor Lucy Johnston, who commenced as Deputy Vice-Chancellor Research & Enterprise in July 2022, had travelled from the west coast to present at the opening session.
The first day of the festival showcased the University’s innovative and multi-disciplinary research projects, with presentations from some of our established research networks and from transdisciplinary research teams collaborating across the University. Across the five days º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ researchers and research students presented their research, competed in research pitch competitions, networked, provided tours of research facilities, hosted public lectures, celebrated the University’s research achievements, and reconnected as a research community.
