The º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ’s Research Festival 2024 will be held across November, at locations around the region and on our beautiful Bruce campus, and will focus on sharing the impact of º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ research on people and place.
Research Festival 2024 will see the launch of the Life of a CBRn installation: a visual timeline outlining examples of our research that has impacted Canberrans across their lifetime.
º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ’s Research Festival first launched in 2022 as a university-wide event, aimed at celebrating, reconnecting and reenergising º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ’s research community following two years of restricted research during the COVID-19 pandemic.
It included research showcases, workshops, tours, pitch competitions, networking and social activities, and public lectures.
It has since been held in 2023 and 2024, with a focus on sharing º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ research with our community.
Life of a CBRn is an experiential timeline of a Canberran’s life and how º¬Ðß²ÝÊÓƵ research has interacted or impacted them in different life stages.
A physical installation and pop-up space for our Life of a CBRn initiative will be displayed in the Canberra Centre (outside Dangerfield and the LEGO Store) between 1 and 28 November.
